Everything you need to know about the Global Registry of Truth.
The $10.00 USD fee covers the hard operational costs of accessing official government registrar APIs (such as CIPC) and running secure, automated OCR document scanning. It also serves as a critical filter to prevent spam, ensuring that only legitimate, serious businesses are listed on WorldVerifyNet. This fee is non-refundable.
If our automated system detects a mismatch between your typed data and your official documents, your application will be flagged for rejection. You will be notified of the specific issue (e.g., "Director Name Mismatch"). Because the background checks have already been performed, the $10 fee is not refunded. We strongly advise double-checking your details before submission.
Instant Automated Verification: For 90% of cases, verification is immediate. Once you upload your valid document and pay the fee, our Cloud Vision API confirms the data instantly.
Manual Review: If there is a slight discrepancy that requires human oversight, verification may take up to 24 hours.
🔵 Blue Badge (Digital Verification): Confirms your business exists in a government database (e.g., CIPC) and is active. Included in the standard $5/month plan.
👣 Footprint Icon (Physical Verification): Confirms that a WorldVerifyNet agent has physically visited your premises. This requires a separate, once-off site visit fee to cover travel costs.
Yes, you can cancel your $5/month subscription at any time via your dashboard. However, canceling will immediately remove your Verified Blue Badge and hide your business from "Verified Only" search results. Your profile will remain as a basic, unverified listing.
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption. Your uploaded documents (such as COR 14.3 forms) are stored in a private, secure "Cold Storage" environment on Google Cloud. They are never made public. Only your public business information (Name, Registration Number, Director Name) is displayed on your profile.
Currently, we fully support South Africa (via CIPC integration). We are actively developing integrations for the United Kingdom (Companies House), United States (Delaware), and China (Shenzhen Market Supervision), slated for release in late 2026.
