This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") forms part of the Agreement between WorldVerifyNet and the Customer. It reflects the parties' agreement with regard to the Processing of Personal Data, ensuring compliance with global data protection laws (including GDPR and CCPA).

2. Standard Terms

WorldVerifyNet hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the Common Paper Standard DPA v1.0. Our processing activities are limited to the provision of business verification and trust services.
